The invention consists of a solution comprising: two antimicrobial agents, one bactericide and fungicide and another algicide and fungicide； a deaerating agent； and an excipient. The first antimicrobial agent is from the family of polychloro phenoxy phenols and is present at a concentration of between 20% and 40% by dry weight. The second is from the family of isothiozolones and is present at a concentration of between 15% and 20% by dry weight. The deaerating agent is an ionic deaeration agent, present at a concentration of between 5% and 10% by dry weight. The excipient is limestone filler that is present at a concentration of between 36% and 76% by dry weight. The invention is suitable for use in a mass of concrete and/or mortar, in cement grout type surface coatings or in cement-based paint, in doses of between 0.1 and 0.5%.Consistente en una solución compuesta de dos agentes antimicrobianos, uno bactericida y fungicida y otro alguicida y fungicida, un agente desaireante y un medio vehicular. El primer agente antimicrobiano de la familia de los policlorofenoxifenoles y se incorpora entre un 20% y un 40% sobre peso seco.
