PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide raising seedling facilities enabling easily performing work of putting crop seedlings on e.g. a truck for shipment when shipping the crop seedlings. SOLUTION: The raising seedling facilities have a raising seedling area 1 arranging and holding crop seedlings holding bodies 8 on a plane, a holding body supporting part 15 liftably and lowerably drivable and stepwise supporting the crop seedling holding bodies 8 in the vertical direction, a guide route 5 guiding the crop seedling holding bodies 8 in a movable manner to the raising seedling area 1 and to the lower part of the holding body supporting part 15, a work area 3 on the opposite side of the raising seedling area 1 to the hodling body supporting part 15, and a work guiding route 9 guiding the crop seedling bodies 8 in a movable manner to the lower part of the holding body supporting part 15 and to the work area 3. The crop seedling holding bodies 8 are made movable through the lower part of the holding body supporting part 15 from the raising seedling area 1 to the work area 3 in a condition of being stepwise supported in the vertical direction with the holding body supporting part 15.
