PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool of a work vehicle having a travel gear shift lever which can make a position mechanism of the travel gear shift lever more compact, and perform setting of increase or decrease of a positioning place and its maintenance easily.SOLUTION: An operation tool of a work vehicle having a travel gear shift lever 23 comprises: a positioning mechanism 42 for positioning and locking the travel gear shift lever 23 to a plurality of operation positions a swing member 41 which swings integrally with the travel gear shift lever 23 and an elastic member 38 which has a fixing surface 38a facing a movable surface 41a directed in a swing shaft center direction of the swing member 41, and is bent and deformed in a separating/approaching direction with respect to the movable surface 41a. On one side of the movable surface 41a and the fixing surface 38a, a projection part 54 is formed. On the other side, a recessed part 59 engaging with the projection part 54 is formed.
