PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attaching grafting clip, capable of easily conducting a grafting operation without placing any restrictions on the place and the operational space where the grafting operation is conducted. SOLUTION: This device for attaching grafting clip is composed of a main body 5 having a holding groove 6, pressure members 8, and a operating member 11 having a first pusher 16 and a second pusher 17, wherein the holding groove 6 which is vertically grooved at the front of the main body 5 holds a grafting clip 2 so that a clip body 2c of the grafting clip 2 is forward pushed, the pressure members 8 are each positioned on both the right and left sides of the holding groove 6 so that the pressure members 8 each can be pushed and, when pushed, press each of both the gripping pieces 2b projecting diagonally backward from the side wall of the clip body 2c, the first pusher 16 pushes the pressure members 8 into the holding groove 6, and the second pusher 17 forward pushes the grafting clip 2 held in the holding groove 6.
