The new type of heating system is a modularized conduction and microwave mixing system.It has a microwave resonant cavity which can be separated into upper and lower parts and can hold a heated object.The upper half of the microwave half cavity is provided with a microwave feeding device to guide the microwave into the cavity.The lower half is a conducting half cavity which can be heated by a traditional heat source.The microwave resonant cavity is formed when the upper part and the lower part are combined.The heating object is filled in a sealed box and placed into the microwave resonance cavity.The microwave guided by the microwave feed device can heat the heated object.The sealing box can resist the expansion pressure of heated objects due to heating.The combined resonator is an independent and modular structure.Therefore, the number of modules in the production line can be increased or decreased as needed.In the manufacturing process, individual modules can be measured independently from the production line to control the production quality and form a closed-loop production control.本新型為一模組化之傳導與微波混合作用之加熱系統,其具有一可分離為上下兩部分且可容置一受熱物的微波諧振腔體,上半部之微波半腔體具有微波饋入裝置可引導微波進入腔體內,下半部為傳導半腔體其可接受傳統熱源加熱,上下結合時構成該微波諧振腔體,該受熱物盛裝於一密封盒後置入該微波諧振腔體,微波饋入裝置所引導之微波可對受熱物進行加熱,密封盒能抵抗受熱物因加熱而膨脹之外擴壓力,組合後之該微波諧振腔體為獨立且可模組化之結構,因此可依需要彈性增減生產線之模組數量,製程中個別模組可自產線中脫離進行獨立量測以控制生產品質並構成閉迴路之生產控制。
