PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional material which is derived from natural products and has excellent biological safety and is blended in a cosmetic (including a quasi-drug).SOLUTION: There is provided a β-glucocerebrosidase activity enhancer which comprises a mixture solution of (A) a hydrolysate solution obtained by treating a rice extract solution with a proteolytic enzyme and (B) a hydrolysate solution obtained by treating a rice bran extract solution with a proteolytic enzyme, wherein the mixing ratio between (A) and (B) in the mixture solution is 6:4.
