A method of preparing a monocrystal anisotropic oxide on alloy medical apparatus, which adds an iron-chromium alloy material into minimally invasive surgical blade, is disclosed by the present invention. Due to the characteristic of alloy material, a stainless steel formed of iron-chromium ally contains grain texture tissue. The method includes: growing polycrystal oxide through a high-temperature oxidation reducing the grain texture tissue and oxide through an electro-polishing oxidation-reduction reaction for 3 to 18 minutes, so as to reveal the grain texture tissue and control the growing orientation of the oxide and growing a monocrystal anisotropic chromium oxide.
