The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of high precision dental restorations by a quick process and adapted to the needs of the patient. Said method consists of designing and manufacturing copings for crowns or dental bridges from a topographical image of the patient’s dentition, where the tooth to be restored and the teeth around it are observed. Once the image is obtained, it is processed by a 3D modeling software, thereby obtaining the restoration with the exact dimensions of the patient, which is subjected to a quick prototyping, ending with the lost wax smelting process where the prototyping pieces replace the wax models.Método de fabricación de restauraciones dentales de alta precisión, de fabricación rápida y personalizada a las necesidades del paciente. Este método consiste en diseñar y manufacturar cofias para coronas o puentes dentales a partir de una imagen topográfica de la dentadura del paciente en donde se observe el diente a restaurar y los dientes que lo rodean. Una vez obtenida la imagen se procesa mediante un software de modelado 3D obteniendo la restauración con las dimensiones exactas del paciente, la cual se somete a impresión por prototipado rápido, finalizando con el proceso de fundición por cera perdida donde las piezas de prototipado sustituyen a los modelos de cera.
