A method and a device for regenerating construction wastes into recycled aggregate with regulated grain size and a grain size equalizing device of the recycled aggregate are provided to produce the mixed recycled aggregate with the regulated grain size by equally mixing the recycled aggregates of 40mm, 20mm, and 10mm at 55~65vol.%, 25~35vol.%, and 5~15vol.%, respectively. A general recycled aggregate production method for producing recycled aggregate according to each size comprises the steps of: sorting out construction wastes according to the size by a first screen; sorting the recycled aggregate which does not pass through the first screen, again by a first circular sorter(4); crushing the recycled aggregate passing through the first screen, by a jaw crusher; and classifying steel of the crushed recycled aggregate by a magnetic sorter.
