The storage unit stores a light-intensity estimating relationship including bend characteristic information representing relationships among shapes, wavelengths, and light intensities about the detected part group. The shape calculating unit calculates bend information about the detected part group on the basis of the light-intensity information and a light-intensity estimating value representing a relationship between a wavelength and a light intensity, the light-intensity estimating value being calculated on the basis of the light-intensity estimating relationship.
