The first object of the invention is directed to a genetic engineering process of plant comprising bast fibres, comprising the steps of (a) identification of the bast fibre promoter； and (b) amplification of the bast fibre promoter. Said genetic engineering process of plant is remarkable in that it further comprises the step of preparing an expression cassette by fusing the bast fibre promoter with at least one gene coding for a first protein through a protein domain, the protein of said protein domain being a second protein different from said first protein.Le premier objet de l'invention concerne un procédé de modification génétique d'une plante comprenant des fibres libériennes, comprenant les étapes consistant à (a) identifier le promoteur de fibre libérienne ； et (b) amplifier le promoteur de fibre libérienne. Ledit procédé de modification génétique d'une plante est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape de préparation d'une cassette d'expression par fusion du promoteur de fibre libérienne avec au moins un gène codant pour une première protéine par l'intermédiaire d'un domaine de protéine, la protéine dudit domaine de protéine étant une deuxième protéine différente de ladite première protéine.
