PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-type diaper which is hardly protruded from an underwear when being worn in an overlapped state to an underwear.SOLUTION: An underpants-type diaper comprises: an absorbent body (10) comprising an absorber (11), a skin side nonwoven fabric (12) arranged closer to a skin side than the absorber (11), a non-skin side film (14) arranged closer to a non-skin side than the absorber (11), and an external nonwoven fabric (16) arranged closer to the non-skin side than the non-skin side film (14) and belt parts (32) for connecting respective end parts of the absorbent body (10) in a longitudinal direction. The belt parts (32) are jointed to the absorbent body (10) by two pairs of junctions inclined to a lower side of the vertical direction and to outside of the lateral direction, and a minimum value of a distance between one end and the other end of the belt part (32) in the vertical direction is 50 mm or more and 100 mm or less. The belt parts and a crotch part of the absorbent body have a size at which, after a wearer wears an underwear, the belt parts and the crotch part are not protruded from the underwear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】下着の下に重ねて着用する際に、下着の外にはみ出し難いパンツ型おむつを提供する。【解決手段】吸収体(11)と、前記吸収体(11)よりも肌側に配された肌側不織布(12)と、前記吸収体(11)よりも非肌側に配された非肌側フィルム(14)と、前記非肌側フィルム(14)よりも非肌側に配された外装不織布(16)と、を備える吸収性本体(10)と、前記横方向の両側にそれぞれ配されて、前記吸収性本体(10)の長手方向の各端部を連結するベルト部(32)と、有し、前記ベルト部(32)は、縦方向の下側かつ横方向の外側へ傾斜した二対の接合部にて、前記吸収性本体(10)と接合されており、縦方向における前記ベルト部(32)の一方側の端と他方側の端との間の距離の最小値は、50mm以上100mm以下であり、前記ベルト部、及び、前記吸収性本体の股下部は、前記下着を着用した後に前記下着に隠れる位置に調整される大きさである。【選択図】図4
