PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wearing article and a wearing article which can accurately adhere a crotch forming part to a front body sheet part and a back body sheet.SOLUTION: A back body sheet body 32 comprises a first region 34A to which a rear end part of an absorbent body 11 in a longitudinal direction is adhered, and a second region 34B to which the absorbent body 11 continuous to the first region 34A is not adhered. A front body sheet body 31 comprises a third region 34C to which a front end part of the absorbent body 11 in the longitudinal direction is adhered, and a fourth region 34D to which the absorbent body 11 continuous to the third region 34C is not adhered.
