PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver baking device capable of easily preventing meander of a belt without processing a pulley or a belt.SOLUTION: In a laver baking device for baking plate laver in a heating chamber while conveying on a belt conveyor, in the belt conveyor, an endless belt is rotatably bridged between a pulley arranged on a plate laver carry-in side of the heating chamber, and a pair of pulleys arranged on a baked laver carry-out side of the heating chamber, and both sides in the width direction of the lower side belt of the endless belt between the pair of pulleys are arranged with a pair of inclination rollers upward widened and inclined, and pushing up both edges of the lower belt from the lower side.
