The blade starts from the main portion and has a loose end and an end portion extending up to the loose end. The blade is folded back at its end portion and fixed to the main portion of the base structure to form a three-dimensional loop structure to fill the tissue or muscle wall defect, requiring plastics with an implant. The kit contains the above surgical implant and a separate surgical mesh configured to be placed over the tissue or muscle wall defect after surgical implant application.
