The present utility model relates to a process of producing Mango Puree with Malunggay (Moringa oleifera L.). The process involves washing, slicing, scooping, peeling and scraping liquefying with 100 grams of brown sugar and strain adding 10ml malunggay leaves extract in every glass of mango puree packing every glass of the product in a clean and sealed container and refrigerate. The product is ready for home consumption or commercialization.
