PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably manage a health condition or a life situation as the life management of a person.SOLUTION: A building 10 is provided with: life management equipment such as a sash door device 21 for opening and closing a window 16, an exhaust fan 27, and an air feeding fan 33 an indoor information obtaining means such as a bed room temperature sensor, bed room humidity sensor a biological information obtaining means such as a biological sensor and a thermography and an outdoor information obtaining means such as an outside air temperature sensor and an outside air humidity sensor. The life management equipment, the indoor information obtaining means, the biological information obtaining means, and the outdoor information obtaining means are electrically connected with a controller.
