PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a food product having a stick and apparatus for correcting the insertion state of a food product having a stick, which supports a stick inserted in food raw material at a proper position and angle by correcting a tilt caused during transportation of a mold.SOLUTION: A correction apparatus 10 is used in manufacturing a food product having a stick including the steps of filling a food raw material in a mold 20 to be transported, inserting a stick 80 from above the mold and solidifying the food raw material, and pulling out the food product solidified in the mold together with the stick 80.
