PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily restrict to reduce the total spray amount of chemicals sprayed to a field by devising an object to be monitored to control delivery operation in a spraying apparatus.SOLUTION: This rice transplanter includes a driving case 14 mounted with a crossfeed driving part and a longitudinal feed driving part inside. A longitudinal feed driving shaft 36 is projected from the lateral ends of the driving case 14 to provide longitudinal feed arms 38, and driven arms 41 of longitudinal feeders 21 provided on the side of a laterally reciprocated seedling placing base 20 are driven by the longitudinal feed arms 38.
