The present invention relates to a method for operating an X-ray fluoroscopy apparatus. The X-ray fluoroscopy apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a C-arm； a driving part for moving the C-arm； a control part which controls the X-ray fluoroscopy apparatus； and a sensor which measures the rotation movement of the C-arm.본 발명은 C-아암이 패닝 회전이동 후, X선 촬영을 진행하여도 사용자는 별도의 조작 없이, X선 촬영과 함께 디스플레이에서 정렬된 영상이 출력될 수 있어 효과적으로 시술시간을 줄일 수 있으며, 불필요한 X선 피폭도 감소시킬 수 있다.
