An automated cardio pulmonary resuscitation device comprises a front structure with first and second movable unit arranged to move back and forth along said front structure, a compression element for compressing a patients chest, two arms coupled to the chest pad, one end of each of the arms being coupled to a respective one of the first and second movable units, driving means arranged for, when in operation, driving the first and second movable unit back and forth. The front structure comprises a transmission system including a driving pulley and a transmission rope, the transmission rope being arranged to be driven by the driving pulley, and said first and second movable units being coupled to the transmission rope so as to move back and forth in a translational motion along the front structure.La présente invention concerne un dispositif automatisé de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire, qui comprend une structure avant, dotée dune première et dune seconde unité mobile, agencées pour se déplacer en avant et en arrière le long de la structure avant, un élément de compression, afin de comprimer la poitrine dun patient, deux bras couplés à la pastille de poitrine, une extrémité de chacun des bras étant couplée à une extrémité respective de la première et de la seconde unité mobile, un moyen dentraînement agencé pour, lorsquil fonctionne, entraîner les première et seconde unités mobiles vers lavant et larrière. La structure avant comprend un système de transmission qui comprend une poulie dentraînement et une corde de transmission, la corde de transmission étant agencée pour être entraînée par la poulie dentraînement et les première et seconde unités mobiles étant couplées à la corde de transmission, de manière à se déplacer vers lavant et larrière dans un mouvement de translation le long de la structure avant.
