PURPOSE: A structure to keep water from rising tide is provided, which keeps fixed surface of water and prevents damage of human life from shark, jellyfish, and the like in inflow of flood. CONSTITUTION: A structure to keep water from rising tide comprises: a structure(1) to keep water from rising tide which artificially forms a structure to keep water near to water surface or low land; more than one inlet(2) and outlet(3); and an outside inlet(4) which is connected to the inside of the structure to keep water from rising tide and is installed in piping in order to select necessary water quality.
