[Problem] To provide an evaluation device capable of gathering accurate evaluations and showing the replacement criteria for each firm to the manager of an evaluation system. [Solution] An evaluation device capable of using an evaluation system to rank firms, wherein firms or individuals doing business in a store are to participate or withdraw. The evaluation device is equipped with: a module that receives entries from firms desiring to participate; a module the receives evaluation values for the firms from users who have received their services; and a module that processes the received evaluation values and ranks each firm, together with a degree of contribution in accordance with each firm's profits.
