PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote growth of a plant by using carbon dioxide and without using a greenhouse.SOLUTION: Many air bubbles, which are formed out of an aqueous solution and include carbon dioxide, are made to adhere to a plant leaf to cover a part or the whole of the surface of the plant leaf. The air bubbles, in which carbon dioxide is enclosed, continue to adhere to the surface of the plant leaf for a long time. This makes it possible to promote photosynthesis in the plant leaf. When the air bubbles are transparent, the leaf is sufficiently exposed to sunlight and the photosynthesis is activated. When a vegetable surfactant is contained in the aqueous solution, many stable air bubbles can be easily generated. Fertilizer for growing a plant can be also contained in the aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ハウスを使用しないで、炭酸ガスを利用して植物の成長促進をはかる。
