PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a trigger signal to a medical tomographic device or radiological equipment for cancer treatment, in synchronization with respiration, before a peak time comes.SOLUTION: A respiration-synchronous trigger signal generator includes: storage means 1 an unknown operation part 2 a peak time operation part 3 a time management timer 4 and a determination part 5. In the respiration-synchronous trigger signal generator, a respiratory curve of a person or an animal is subjected to parabolic approximation by a method of least squares, and a peak time phase is predicted from an axis value.
