PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a bioprosthesis capable of quickly repairing a biotissue by preventing inconvenience that a cell introduced in a pore flows out from the pore and anchoring the cell in the pore.
SOLUTION: This production method of bioprosthesis includes a mixing step S3 for mixing the cell with ceramic microparticles with a particle size of approximately 10-100 &mum, and an introduction step S4 for introducing the mixture formed in the mixing step S3 into a block-like or granular ceramic porous body with a pore size of approximately 100-1000 &mum.
