The present invention relates to a 2,7-substituted cyano[3,2-d]pyrimidine cyclic compound having protein kinase inhibitory activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating a disease caused by abnormal cell growth, which includes the compound as an active ingredient. The novel 2,7-substituted cyano[3,2-d]pyrimidine cyclic compound of the present invention exhibits an excellent effect of inhibiting various protein kinases involved in the signal transduction of growth factors, and thus is effective as an agent for preventing, alleviating, or treating an abnormal cell growth disease caused by these protein kinases.La présente invention concerne un composé cyclique de cyano[3,2-d]pyrimidine substitué en positions 2 et 7 ayant une activité inhibitrice de protéine kinase, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir, soulager ou traiter une maladie provoquée par une croissance cellulaire anormale, qui comprend le composé en tant que principe actif. Le nouveau composé cyclique de cyano[3,2-d]pyrimidine substitué en positions 2 et 7 selon la présente invention a un excellent effet d'inhibition de diverses protéines kinases impliquées dans la transduction du signal de facteurs de croissance, et est donc efficace en tant qu'agent pour prévenir, soulager ou traiter une maladie à croissance cellulaire anormale provoquée par ces protéines kinases.
