PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening system for attaining early greening and long-term greening of a tide embankment surface.SOLUTION: In a greening system of a tide embankment surface, a grooved column capable of circulating-extending water and a plant root is installed on a tide embankment surface at a constant interval in response to a height of the tide embankment surface, and the interval inside of the respective grooved columns is covered with a planting mat body of a several-centimeter thickness formed of a hardly corrosive construction material, and an upper part of the planting mat body and the grooved column are also covered with the planting mat body of the several-centimeter thickness, and are fixed to the grooved column, and a planting base earth layer by a planting mat body two layers is formed on the tide embankment surface, and a planting container provided with a rainwater receiving part, a water storage tank and a communication groove, is fixed to the grooved column over the planting mat body at a constant interval so as to be brought into close contat with this base earth layer, and a rainwater receiving container is installed on a tide embankment top place, and a perennial grass and a low tree are planted in the planting container, and early greening long-term greening are attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
