PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked food composed of half-boiled omelette covered on cooked noodles, in which the half-boiled omelette poured on the cooked noodles does not become hard, even if cooking with a microwave oven after freezing when eating, and which has a half-boiled and thick state and soft melting feeling in the mouth, enabling eating through twining the half-boiled omelette around the noodles, prevents the noodles from becoming swollen, and has excellent palate feeling, and unconventional palate feeling and taste.SOLUTION: The cooked food is composed of cooked noodles, and half-boiled omelette poured on the noodles.
