PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of providing such a Japanese cuisine as being provided abroad as a Japanese food, to a customer by conveying it in the cooked or half-cooked state, and by a simple treatment.SOLUTION: A cooked or half-cooked hydrous food material is stored in a container, and the container is exposed to a jet flow of an antifreeze.
