PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product easy to eat and allowing eating various ingredients and mashed rice put on a chopstick together.SOLUTION: A processed food product obtained by arranging boiled rice in a half-ground state in the outside of ingredients is such that the sheet-like boiled rice crushed in a half-ground state and the flat ingredients are laminated in a spiral shape so as to put the outermost layer into boiled rice. It is possible to arrange a stick in the inside of the ingredients. Preferably, the ingredients are previously processed/cooked. It is also possible to use gelatinous flowable or semi-flowable ingredients for the ingredients. The processed food product is produced by winding the cooked ingredients mounted to a stick with the sheet-like boiled rice crushed in a half-ground state, or winding in a spiral shape a laminate made by laminating the sheet-like boiled rice crushed in a half-ground state and the flat ingredients.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】手軽に食すことができ、様々な具材ときりたんぽをともに食せる食品を提供する。【解決手段】具材の外側に半殺し状の米飯を配してなる加工食品。半殺し状につぶしたシート状の米飯と扁平な具材が、最外層が米飯となるように渦巻き状に積層されてなる加工食品。具材の内側に串を配することもできる。具材は予め加工・調理してあることが好ましい。具材にゲル状にした流動性又は半流動性具材を用いることができる。本発明の加工食品は、串に取り付けた調理済みの具材を半殺し状につぶしたシート状の米飯で巻く、又は半殺し状につぶしたシート状の米飯と扁平な具材を積層した積層物を渦巻き状に巻くことにより製造する。【選択図】図1
