PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detector having excellent sensitivity and durability.SOLUTION: A radiation image detector 1 comprises: a phosphor 10 which contains a fluorescent substance emitting fluorescence by radiation exposure and a thin film type sensor part 11 which adjoins a radiation incidence side of the phosphor and is supported by the phosphor, and where a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 26 for detecting fluorescence generated on the phosphor are two-dimensionally disposed. The sensor part provided on a surface facing the phosphor has: a connection part 38 which is electrically connected with each of the plurality of the photoelectric conversion elements and a wiring member 39 which is connected to the connection part.
