A source supplying part (20) supplies the rice supplied to the dog-house to a place for rice-polishing. A ream tail (30) polishes rice supplied from the source supplying part while the rice is moved upwards. A rice bran removing unit (40) removes foreign substances and rice bran adhered on the surface of the polished rice. A suction part (50) inhales and processes the foreign substances and rice bran etc. A conveying axis (31) transfers raw material supplied from the source supplying part towards an exhausting part.
