PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend and contract the rice capacity of a rice housing portion of a rice ball feeder by reversion of one liftable and slidable frame.SOLUTION: A fixed rice housing square frame is raised at an upper end opening of a square machine casing for housing a rice ball molding apparatus, and an L-shaped step is formed along the outer periphery of the upper edge of the fixed frame. A liftable and slidable frame is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the fixed rice housing square frame, and an inward projection to be engagingly supported on the L-shaped step of the fixed rice housing square frame is provided at an inner peripheral surface position close to one end of the inner surface of the liftable and slidable frame.
