PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical suturing tool in which workability and operability are substantially improved and puncture resistance is reduced.SOLUTION: The suturing tool 100 includes a moving mechanism 90 for sliding a first housing 50a and a second housing 50b in a front-back direction, and the moving mechanism 90 includes: a slide receiving part 91 which is fixed to one side face of the first housing 50a a slide projection part 92 which is formed on one side face of the second housing 50b and is longer in the front-back direction than the length in the front-back direction of the slide receiving part 91 and a slide groove 93 which is formed on the slide receiving part 91, and on which the slide projection part 92 is mounted.
