To provide a suture device with which even a wide range suture can be performed in a short time without requiring so much skilled procedure even using a suture thread.SOLUTION: A suture device includes: a first housing 12 and a second housing 14 which are longitudinal and provided so as to be able to come close to or separate from each other for sandwiching a pair of to-be-sutured objects T； a plurality of needles 26 arranged so as to move to the side of the second housing 14 in a longitudinal direction of the first housing 12 at prescribed intervals in the first housing 12, and capable of holding a suture thread L on their tip end parts； a needle moving mechanism 41 moving the plurality of needles 26 toward the second housing 14； and a thread hook 60 provided in the second housing 14 and fitted so as to be movable along an arrangement direction of the plurality of needles 26 for hooking the suture thread L reaching the second housing 14 through the pair of to-be-sutured objects T by the plurality of needles 26 moved by the needle moving mechanism 41.
