The present invention provides an interdental brush device comprising: a body (10) including a gripping unit (11) formed in a container shape to be gripped by a user and having a battery (1) mounted therein and a coupling projection (14) protruding from one side of the gripping unit (11) and having an open front end； an irradiating unit (20) equipped in the body (10) and irradiating laser, infrared rays, or UV rays； an operating circuit unit (30) equipped in the body (10) and being provided with a power source from the battery (1) to turn on laser, infrared rays, or UV rays from the irradiating unit (20)； an interdental brush adaptor (40) coupled with the coupling projection (14) of the body (10) to be able to be attached and detached and made of transparent material through which light irradiated from the irradiating module (20) can penetrate, wherein interdental areas can be trimmed； and a sterilizing massage adaptor (50) coupled with the coupling projection (14) of the body (10) to be able to be attached and detached and made of transparent material through which light irradiated from the irradiating module (20) can penetrate, wherein bacteria in the mouth can be sterilized and the gums can be massaged.
