PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficiently detecting light intensity radiated by a light-radiating probe in an biological optical measuring apparatus.SOLUTION: The biological optical measuring apparatus is configured such that the light-radiating probe and a light-receiving probe are arranged above a subject, light radiated from the light-radiating probe and transmitted or reflected inside a living body is detected by the light-receiving probe and information inside the subject is measured on the basis of obtained signals. In the measuring apparatus, a case body having a means for detecting light-radiation intensity in the inside is provided, the light-radiation intensity which can be affected by a fiber or the like is directly measured, the light-radiation intensity of each light source is adjusted using it, and thus the measurement with small measurement errors is achieved efficiently. Also, it is made possible to diagnose a fault of the light source or the fiber as well. Further, the reproducibility of the measurement is improved as well. Also, by a light-radiating device in the case body radiating light that the light-receiving probe can determine as signals, the intensity of the light received by each light-receiving probe can be obtained, and the fault such as disconnection or signal absence in the light-receiving probe can be detected as well.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体光計測装置において,光照射プローブの照射する光強度をより効率的に検出し得る技術を提供する。【解決手段】光照射プローブと受光プローブとを被検体上に配置し,光照射プローブから照射され生体内を透過又は反射した光を受光プローブによって検出し,得られた信号に基づき被検体内の情報を計測するよう構成した生体光計測装置において,光照射強度を検出する手段を内部に持つ筐体を有し,ファイバなどに影響され得る光照射強度を直接測定し,それを用いて各光源の光照射強度を調整することにより効率的に,計測誤差の小さい測定が実現される。また,光源又はファイバの故障の診断も可能となる。さらに,計測の再現性も向上する。また,受光プローブが信号と判断し得る光を筐体中の光照射装置が照射することにより,各受光プローブが受け取る光の強度を得ることが可能であり,受光プローブにおける断線,又は信号が無い,などの故障の検出も可能である。【選択図】図1
