The developed device will allow for real-time measurements, for example, when performing refractive surgery on the front tissues of the human or animal eye, during express diagnostics of the depth of the corneal ulcer lesion and the depth of the skin lesion in psoriasis, in the manufacture of thin films and control of their thickness when spraying coatings. Thus, the laser triangulation-interferometric measuring complex of the optical characteristics of transparent biological tissues and films allows odit express measurement in a contactless manner by implementing the operation in real time and improves the accuracy of the measurements.
