A herbicide composition is provided, which composition sufficiently controls weeds including sufonylurea-based herbicide resistant weeds at one time, has low number of effective ingredients, and has improved stability against paddy rice. The herbicide composition comprises a compound of formula (1) or salts thereof, and one herbicide selected from (a) carbamate-based herbicides； (b) chloroacetoanilide-based herbicides； (c) triazine-based herbicides； (d) acidamide- or urea-based herbicides； and (e) other herbicides, wherein Q is Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4； R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl optionally substituted with halogen atom, cyano, nitro or halogen, or lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, lower alkylsulfinyl, lower alkylsulfonyl, amino, lower alkylamino or di-lower alkylamino which is optionally substituted with halogen； R2 is lower alkyl optionally substituted with hydrogen, halogen atom or halogen； R3 is lower alkyl optionally substituted with halogen atom, cyano, nitro or halogen, or lower cycloalkl optionally substituted with halogen or lower alkyl, lower alkenyl optionally substituted with halogen, lower alkynyl optionally substituted with halogen, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, lower alkylsulfinyl, lower alkylsulfonyl, amino, lower alkylamino or di-lower alkylamino which is optionally substituted with halogenl； and X and Y are the same or different, and are independently lower alkyl optionally substituted with halogen, lower alkoxy optionally substituted with halogen, or halogen atom.식 :〔식 중, Q 는 축합 복소환기를, X 및 Y 는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 할로겐으로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬기, 할로겐으로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알콕시기 등을 나타낸다〕으로 나타나는 화합물 또는 그 염과, (a) 카르바메이트계 제초제, (b) 클로로아세토아닐리드계 제초제, (c) 트리아진계 제초제, (d) 산아미드계 또는 우레아계 제초제, 및 (e) 기타 계통의 제초제에서 선택되는 어느 1 종의 화합물을 함유하는, 1 회의 시용으로 술포닐우레아계 제초제에 저항성을 갖는 잡초를 포함하는 모든 잡초를 충분히 방제하고, 유효 성분의 수가 적으며, 게다가 수도(水稻 ； paddy rice)에 대해 고도의 안전성을 갖는 혼합제 타입의 제초제 조성물.
