The present invention relates to an intervertebral artificial disc having elasticity. The artificial disc inserted into adjacent vertebrae includes a lower plate providing elasticity to an upper vertebra by being interlocked to a lower vertebra and an upper plate placed on an upper part of the lower plate to rotate to the right or left in a preset angle range according to the rotation of the upper while being interlocked to the upper vertebra. According to the present invention, an adjacent vertebra is supported by elasticity to solve an abrasion problem caused by friction between an upper body and a lower body of the artificial disc. Moreover, since a spine motion center shaft of a human body is medically in the rear of a vertebral body (within about 1/3 of the range), a center shaft of the intervertebral artificial disc is placed in the rear which is the same as the position of the spine motion center shaft so that a sense of difference is not made because interlocking is well performed and the same movement can be made before using the artificial disc.
