The present invention relates to a syringe, and more particularly, to a filter assembly for a syringe capable of removing foreign substances from a chemical liquid, and a syringe having the same. Disclosed is a filter assembly for a syringe, which is mounted between a needle hub (5) for fixing a syringe needle (4) and a neck portion (3) of a syringe cylinder (2), for filtering foreign substances from a chemical liquid to be discharged.
