The present invention relates to a syringe and, more specifically, to a filter assembly for a syringe, which is configured to remove alien substances inside an injection fluid, and a syringe having same. Disclosed is a filter assembly for a syringe, which is mounted between a hub (5) for holding an injection needle (4) and a neck portion (3) of a syringe cylinder (2) so as to filter out alien substances from the discharged injection fluid, the filter assembly being characterized by comprising: a housing (100) having a hub connecting portion (110) formed on one end thereof such that the hub (5) is coupled thereto, the neck portion (3) of the cylinder (2) being coupled to the other end of the housing (100); a first valve member (300) having a discharge opening (311) formed through one end thereof such that the injection fluid is discharged from the cylinder (2), the outer peripheral surface of the first valve member (300) forming a suction channel (301) together with the inner peripheral surface of the housing (100) such that the injection fluid is suctioned through the hub connecting portion (110), the first valve member (300) being configured such that, when the injection fluid from the cylinder (2) is discharged through the discharge opening (311), discharge of the injection fluid through the suction channel (301) is blocked; a filter (200) inserted into the other end of the first valve member (300) so as to filter out alien substances from the injection fluid when the injection fluid is discharged through the discharge opening (311); and a second valve member (400) installed in the housing (100) to be able to move in the longitudinal direction such that same opens/closes the discharge opening (311) by moving according to the pressure of the injection fluid, thereby preventing the injection fluid from being suctioned through the discharge opening (311) when the injection fluid is suctioned through the suction channel (301).La présente invention concerne une seringu
