The information collecting apparatus includes a reception unit configured to receive pieces of platform-based device generation information from IoT devices by platforms, a memory configured to store the received pieces of platform-based device generation information, and a transmission unit configured to simultaneously transmit the pieces of platform-based device generation information, stored in the memory, to an information analyzing apparatus.
