The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing seedlings by inducing the maturation of Rhodeus notatus of Acheilognathinae. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for mass-producing seedlings by inducing the maturation of Rhodeus notatus, wherein the Rhodeus notatus can be mass-grown in a fish cage by enabling the same to naturally spawn in host clams which are favored at particular water temperature and photoperiod. The present invention provides a condition for inducing the maturation of Rhodeus notatus broodstork and a method for mass-producing favored host clams and seedlings. More specifically, natural mother fish are grown and matured based on optimal photoperiod and water temperature investigated through experiments, and spawning is induced and seedlings are mass-produced using clams favored by species (Unio douglasiae sinuolatus, Anodonta arcaeformis, and Unio douglasiae).본 발명은 납자루아과의 떡납줄갱이의 성숙유도를 통한 대량 종묘생산을 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 일정한 수온과 광주기에서 선호되는 숙주조개에서 자연산란시켜 떡납줄갱이를 가두리 양식장에서 대량 사육시킬 수 있는 떡납줄갱이의 성숙유도를 통한 대량 종묘생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 떡납줄갱이 친어의 성숙유도 조건, 선호숙주조개 및 종묘를 대량생산하는 방법을 제공하는 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자연산 어미를 관리 사육하다가, 실험을 통해 구명된 최적 광주기와 수온을 토대로 성숙시키고, 각 종별 선호조개(작은말 조개, 대칭이 조개, 말조개)를 이용하여 산란유도 및 종묘를 대량으로 생산하는 것으로 구성된다.
