PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquarium underwater filter and an aquarium underwater filter device, which allow efficient dissolution of oxygen into water and uniform adsorption of dust in an aquarium, and facilitate determination of time for replacement.SOLUTION: The aquarium underwater filter device 10 includes: the aquarium underwater filter 30 including a rotating shaft 31, a filter body 32 having a through passage 32a through which the rotating shaft 31 is passed, and a blade tool 33 through which the rotating shaft 31 is passed and which includes a plurality of blades (33ab, 33as) provided around the rotating shaft 31, in which a plurality of the blade tool 33 are provided concentrically with the through passage 32a and a filter housing case 20 including a bottom portion 21 having a bubble release opening 21a for releasing bubbles 2, a side wall portion 22 continued to the edge of the bottom portion 21 and having a plurality of side wall slits 22s, and a lid portion 23 having a bubble discharge port 23a for discharging the bubbles 2.
