PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grass pulling scissors that can completely pull out the weed growing in the hard soil and lawn garden by a small labor without soiling hands.SOLUTION: Grass pulling scissors comprise a pinching part 1 widely forming a pinching surface and a gripper 7, and have a structure to be opened and closed by using a turning shaft 6 as a base point. The tips of both pinching parts 1 are attached in a closed state to form a gap 3 toward the direction of a turning shaft 6, and grooves 2 are provided in the inside of the pinching part 1. In the gripper 7 of the scissors member A, a contact surface 5 formed more thinly than the gripper 7 is provided on the periphery of the turning shaft 6, and the other scissors member A comes into contact in pairs in that surface. In that case, a stopper 4 is formed in which an opening angle of the pinching part 1 is made constant. The grooves 2 have a shape spreading out toward the pinching surface, and are vertically formed from the tip side of the pinching part 1 toward the side of the turning shaft 6 and are continuously constituted in the pinching surface except the tip part forming an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】固い土や芝庭に生える雑草を、手を汚すことなく小労力で根こそぎ抜くことができる草抜きばさみを提供する。【解決手段】草抜きばさみは、挟持面を巾広く形成した挟み部1と把持部7からなり、回動軸6を基点として開閉する構造で、閉じた状態では、両挟み部1の先端部が付き、回動軸6方向へ向かって隙間3ができるよう形成し、挟み部1の内側には溝2を設けた。はさみ部材Aの把持部7には、回動軸6周辺に把持部7より薄く形成した接触面5を設け、その面で他方のはさみ部材Aが対になって接触しており、その際、挟み部1の開く角度を一定にするストッパー4を形成した。溝2は、挟持面に向かって広がっていく形状で、挟み部1の先端側から回動軸6側へ向って垂直方向に形成され、鋭角に形成した先端部を除く挟持面に連続して構成されている。【選択図】図1
