The claimed process consists in identifying the stress areas, choosing the area suitable for cutting so that there are enough spaces for making the sliding guides for the joining washer, grinding the cut surfaces to facilitate the insertion of the washer, the space resulting after cutting having a rectangular or truncated-cone shape with the base side facing upwards, the space for the washer profile is then milled by hand, by reducing the metal in the proximity of the cut area of minimum 1 mm in both the occlusal and vestibular, palatal and lingual planes, the surfaces are ground in parallelograph and two channels are made mesially and distally in relation to the space created by cutting, resulting in two clamping and guiding slideways, the joining washer is moulded and adapted, after casting, by finishing, so that it can be inserted without difficulties, the cast and adapted washer is brought to the level of the mesostructure surfaces, then it is finished and polished so as to obtain an appearance perfectly integrated into the design of the mesostructure, and finally the joining washer is attached with metal-to-metal composite adhesives or by laser spot welding.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de realizare a pasivizării mezostructurilor turnate pe implanturile neparalele, cu sistem antirotaţional extern sau intern, cu sau fără con de împănare.
