According to the present invention, byproducts generated from a procedure of processing food such as tofu, acorn jelly, rice, barley, or flour to be edible, contain 24-30% of protein, about 13-15% of fat, and 50-60% of carbohydrate. As a solution to using a high nutrient source since the source is without any damage to high nutritional properties, a processed food byproduct, which is selected from tofu residues, rice bran, acorn jelly residues, chaff, and wheat bran, is mixed with a material, which is selected from among oak tree sawdust and rice straw, at a predetermined ratio to obtain a feed material mixture, and then, the mixture is mixed with a microorganism fermentation solution of a vegetable starter and fermented to obtain a feed fermentation material to be supplied to edible insects as a nutrient source. And the fermentation material, which is acidic, is neutralized and then dried within a range of a moisture content of 7-12 wt% so that the material is able to be used as feed for Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis or meal beetles.본 발명은 사람이 식용하도록 제공되는 두부나 묵, 쌀, 보리, 밀가루 등의 식품가공과정에서 발생하는 부산물은 단백질이 24∼30%, 지방이 약 13∼15%, 탄수화물이 50∼60%로 영양성분이 높은 특성을 훼손하지 않고 높은 영양원을 그대로 활용하기 위한 수단으로 두부비지, 미강(쌀겨), 도토리묵 잔사물, 왕겨, 밀기울 중에서 선택되는 식품가공부산물과 참나무 톱밥과 볏짚 중에서 선택되는 원료를 일정비율로 혼합시켜 사료원료혼합물을 얻고 사료원료혼합물에 식물성 종균으로 발효된 미생물발효액을 혼합하여 발효시켜서 식용곤충에게 쉽게 영양원으로 공급되는 사료용 발효물을 얻고 발효물의 산성상태를 중성 범위로 중화시킨 후 수분함유 7~12 wt% 범위로 건조시켜 흰점박이 꽃무지나 갈색거저리의 사료로 사용되는 식용 곤충 사료에 관한 기술이다.
