Disclosed herein are methods and methods for inducing differentiation and / or proliferation of T cells. In the method of the present invention, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from a subject are cultured with bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) in culture medium to differentiate PBMCs into T cells. Each T cell has an anti-tumor antigen portion and an anti-CD3 portion on its surface.
